How long is the Laser Treatment?
The treatment itself takes approximately 30 minutes. There is a brief consultation before each treatment and instruction period at the end of the treatment. You should allow for a total of one hour for your appointment.

Where do you apply the Laser?
The laser is applied to the ears, hands wrists, arms, legs, and feet for the weight loss treatment. Please plan on wearing shorts or very loose pants that roll easily up to the knee and open shoes that you can easily slip in and out of.

When the beam of the laser is applied to certain acupuncture points it is absorbed by the skin and the cells below, to stimulate the endorphins that help block out the cravings, boost metabolism and help give you a feeling of well being.

Is there anything I need to do before my first treatment?
Make a 100% commitment before you arrive for treatment. Get rid of absolutely all your "junk food" at home. Clean out your cupboard of all refined foods, sugary cereals, bogus cooking oils, saturated fats, ice cream and soft drinks. Replace the "junk foods with fresh fruits and vegetable, fish, lean meats and whole grains such as brown rice, oatmeal, millet and quinoa. You should drink 8 glasses of water per day, eat healthy foods and take a Vitamin B Complex 2x per day. It is also a good idea to decrease your caffeine intake for 3-5 days before initial treatment.
